Learnpally Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 - Terms and Conditions

The Learnpally Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 is a scholarship program aimed at supporting students in their undergraduate studies. By applying for the Learnpally Undergraduate Scholarship 2025, applicants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • 1.1. Applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 22 years as of 31st July 2025.
  • 1.2. Applicants must be enrolled in a nationally approved tertiary institution in Africa, which includes universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education.
  • 1.3. Applicants must be undergraduate students and provide proof of current enrollment.
  • 1.4. Applicants must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 on a 5.0 scale or its equivalent.
  • 1.5. Applicants must not be beneficiaries of another tuition-based scholarship for the 2025 academic year.

2. Application Requirements

  • 2.1. All sections of the application form must be completed truthfully and accurately.
  • 2.2. Applicants are required to upload:
    • A valid student identification card.
    • A recent CGPA transcript or statement of result.
  • 2.3. Applicants must answer all screening questions, including the #MyBoldStory, within the specified word limits.

3. Selection Process

  • 3.1. Applications will be screened and evaluated based on the eligibility criteria, supporting documents, and the quality of responses to the screening questions.
  • 3.2. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for further stages of the selection process.
  • 3.3. The decision of the Learnpally Scholarship Committee is final and cannot be contested.
  • 3.4. Selected applicants may be required to attend an interview or submit additional information to confirm eligibility.

4. Scholarship Benefits

  • 4.1. The scholarship covers tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic session.
  • 4.2. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the applicant’s institution and cannot be transferred to another individual or institution.
  • 4.3. The scholarship does not cover other expenses, such as accommodation, textbooks, or personal needs.

5. Obligations of Awardees

  • 5.1. Awardees must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 throughout the academic session for which the scholarship is awarded.
  • 5.2. Awardees are expected to act as ambassadors of Learnpally and may be required to participate in promotional activities, testimonials, or interviews.
  • 5.3. Awardees must notify Learnpally immediately if they withdraw from their institution, defer their studies, or change their course of study.
  • 5.4. Awardees must not engage in any form of academic malpractice or misconduct.

6. Disqualification

  • 6.1. Applications with incomplete, false, or misleading information will be automatically disqualified.
  • 6.2. Applicants who fail to meet the eligibility criteria or provide inaccurate supporting documents will be disqualified.
  • 6.3. Awardees who fail to comply with the obligations outlined in Section 5 may have their scholarship revoked.

7. Data Privacy

  • 7.1. Learnpally will collect and process applicants' personal information solely for the purpose of administering the scholarship program.
  • 7.2. Applicants' data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • 7.3. Learnpally reserves the right to use anonymized data for statistical and reporting purposes.

8. General Conditions

  • 8.1. Learnpally reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the scholarship program at any time without prior notice.
  • 8.2. Learnpally is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect the submission of applications.
  • 8.3. The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 8.4. Applicants agree to these terms and conditions as a binding agreement between themselves and Learnpally.

9. Governing Law

  • 9.1. This scholarship program is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • 9.2. Any disputes arising from this scholarship will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
